Chris Cantell co-founded SigEx, Inc. with partner, Frédéric Artru. Chris Cantell brings over 18 years of experience and ownership in advanced technologies in super-computers and distributed communications architectures, large voice and data over IP (VoIP) installations, comprehensive high-tech structuring including: legal and financial structures, regulatory requirements, investor relations and marketing communications, technical business modeling, recruiting and team management. 

Chris Cantell’ primary focus towards his ventures is to concentrate on strategic Fortune 500 sales opportunities which are able to sustain growth and profitability -- critical for initial start-ups.

From 1995 to present Chris Cantell had developed and/or acquired a series of agencies that now make-up MultiPath Communications International, Inc., TechSource International and Cantell Communications International, which are located in Silicon Valley, Southern California and Sarasota, Florida. MultiPath Communications focuses on providing excellent public relations, investor relations, marketing communications and advertising support for today’s telecommunications and advanced storage technologies companies. With locations covering both the East Coast and West Coast markets, the agency network is poised to provide services nationally and internationally. During and after the sale of New England Software, from 1990 through 1995, Chris Cantell provided international technology licensing and marketing services, financial services and international structuring services for global clients, primarily focused in the United States, Canada and Brazil. Throughout that time, Chris Cantell lived primarily in Brazil for 3-6 months while maintaining residence in Weston, Massachusetts, USA.

Between 1989 and 1992, Chris Cantell founded New England Software, which marketed numerically intensive libraries and mechanical analysis design programs for super computers for Cray, Silicon Graphics, Sun Microsystems, Convex and IBM for projects in aerospace, automotive, energy, construction, process plant, computer/PCB, and other industries involving complex mechanical systems. Chris Cantell secured co-operative software and technology supplier agreements to IBM Corporation with extensive sales in international markets. He was offered an opportunity for New England Software to be acquired, which was in line with his long-term objectives, and he sold his interest in the company in December 1992.

In 1987 Chris Cantell co-founded Multipath Corporation, which became the industry’s leader in fast matrix solvers and numerically intensive memory management solutions and provided consulting services to develop computationally intensive labs. Multipath marketed and had over 100 technology contracts and strategic technology license development agreements with most of the major super-computer companies and United States government stealth laboratories (95% super-computer market penetration), including: Cray, IBM, Intel Super-Computers, Intel Semi-Conductor (i860), Silicon Graphics, Convex; and customers; such as, Mitre, Lawrence Livermore Labs, Boeing, Ford Corporation (Crash Group), MIT and MIT Labs, University of California, Berkeley and San Diego, Stanford University, Massachusetts General Hospital (Orthopedic Surgery), Corning Glass Works, MAYA, Jet Propulsion Labs, Mitsubishi Electronics, as well as numerous other corporate and GSA and stealth works sites (Chris Cantell has a US Security Clearance). Multipath Corporation received an offer to acquire many of its assets and sold their interest in most of Multipath.

Prior to 1987, Chris Cantell held engineering and sales and marketing positions with Intel, General Electric, Apollo Computer (now Hewlett-Packard), and Floating Point Systems (acquired by Cray, who has since been acquired by Silicon Graphics). Chris Cantell has had the opportunity in his career to receive extensive training and experience with Intel for nearly a year, which included comprehensive design and sales training classes for most of Intel’s chips, boards, systems, operating systems, programming and network architectures.

Chris Cantell attended Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts with a full academic scholarship, graduating in 1983 with a BS in computer science and a minor in chemical engineering. Chris Cantell also studied business administration and law.

Chris Cantell retains consulting arrangements with several pre-IPO companies as well as active participation in projects, which include: server farms in Silicon Valley and Canada, optic networks, voice and data over IP and interactive technologies.

To vsak 77 rocneho zastancu Narodnej iniciativy neodradilo. Rozhodol sa, ze pouzie medium, ktore mu je dostupne & internet, aby rozsiroval svoj program. A udajne si ziskal velke mnozstvo privrzencov (otazkou je, ci tito "privrzenci" pojdu i za neho volit). Jednym z jeho hlavnych cielov je viacej prav pre lud, hlavne prostrednictvom ziskania vacsej legislativnej moci. Nezalezi na tom, ake male su jeho sance na uspech, dolezita prinosom jeho kandidatury je, ze mozno vyzve ludske konzervativne ja k vnutornej diskusii a svojim radikalnym pristupom dokonca vrhne na veci ine svetlo, pohlad z inej prespektivy.

Everglades is the swampland area in Florida that includes unusual wildlife that inhabits this place. There are also species such as egrets, rare orchids, alligators and panthers living in Everglades. Also huge amount of water reservation is located in the area that is now threatened because of the luck of money for its restoration. The federal project that was approved by the U.S. government in 2000 to save and protect the area that is getting smaller and smaller because of building of dikes, dams, and homes booming in Florida had to face difficulties and unpredictable situations that cut down finances intended for the restoring the swamps polluted by urban runoff and farm fertilizers. The problem means ecological disaster! Of course seven years ago Americans didn't have economical problems and national budget debts that make priorities different. American war in Iraq gobble crazy amount of money from federal treasury. Hurricane Katrina caused huge damages in the city of New Orleans that need to be rebuilt so people have place to stay. There are so many more important things to fix than saving swamps right now. Are the Everglades going to wait until government find the solution for everything else and then proceed to restoration? Are threatened native animal species going to be able to survive without federal help? How the things that exist only few years got the anterior position than the land that has been a part of Florida's wildlife for hundreds of years? Hope! That can be a motto for Everglades. Hope can bring old fame back into the swamps also in the world of everyday unexpected situations.

This week almost every family in the United States is going crazy. One of their most favourite holiday is coming. Thanksgiving. They are home with their families, watching TV, playing games, and what is very important & eating good meals. Their specialty is definitely thanksgiving turkey. 5.32 millions turkeys are killed every year, just to be dinner for American families. Can you imagine how many it is? They are sold on every corner of every street, and you have to hurry up to pick up the right one for you. But every year there are some lucky turkeys. There is a special ceremony in the White House, where the President of the United States gives presidential pardon to these two lucky turkeys. After this ceremony are the turkeys taken to farm, where they can live happily until the end of their natural life. They even have names. They were usually sent to big farm in state Virginia, but since 2005 they are sent to Disneyland in California or in Florida. So if you want to see these animal celebrities just go there It is not sure why was this ceremony found. First president who gave the pardon was the president Truman in 1947. Maybe he just liked animals or wanted to be popular. But it was really nice decision and I think other animals should get this pardon too.

Je nepredvidatelnym a agresivnym hracom, ktory zije pre svoje napady. Je inovativnym a nebojacnym riaditelom jeho celozivotneho dietata Apple, ktore vybudoval od hora az dolu. Priklad si berie z rady, ktoru mu niekto dal uz velmi davno: "Zmenezuj najskor vrchnu vrstvu, ktora predstavuje tvoju strategiu, tvojich ludi a tvoje produkty a spodna ju bude nasledovat." Dalsi priklad jeho podnikatelskych pravidiel si zobral od skupiny Beatles, ktora produkovala dych vyrazajucu hudbu, aj ked nie vsetci jej clenovia boli taki dobri ako konecny hudobny vysledok. Jobs hovori, ze " vysledok je lepsi ako niektore jeho sucasti a velke veci v podnikani nemozu byt nikdy zrealizovane jednou osobou, su realizovane timom. To je strategia pre Apple, ktory ma svoje specialne miesto na svetovom technologickom trhu uz dlhe roky. Steve Jobs viac neskusa superit s Microsoftom; vytvara svoje vlastne vynimocne pristroje, akymi su iPod alebo najnovsi iPhone, ktore znamenaju revoluciu v pocitacovom priemysle. Ide svojou vlastnou cestou, presne tak, ako to robil vzdy a prave tato cesta ho urobila najuspesnejsim podnikatelom dnesneho sveta.

Big Frank

When you think about one of the biggest singers ever, who would it be? Elvis? Ok, he was great. Who else? Bono? Yea, he is great too. Next one. Frank Sinatra? This could be right. Why Frank? Because he was first, he was on the stage before all the other people, who are well known these days. He was the first big singer and actor, who was loved by millions of people, but also hated by the rest. Although he was handicapped, he had ruptured eardrum, he became musical and movie star. He started to sing in small music clubs and local radio stations. After few years, he got his first movie role. It was musical Ship Ahoy, but he wasn't named in the finishing captions. In the 1940s and 1950s. his carrier wasn't so successful. It changed after he got Oscar for his role in movie From here to eternity. It was war drama and he played supporting role. Other famous movies where he played were Manchurian Candidate and Von Ryan's Express in 1960s. His music carrier started to be popular again, and in this time he had many famous songs. He worked with many good musicians, who helped him to create this music and had duets with him. He had his big show in Las Vegas, where he was performing until his 80s. He died in 1998 in Los Angeles, with his fourth wife beside him.

Intelligence genes

The Institute of Psychiatry in London has just made public a new study they made on Intelligence genes. It will be published on the British weekly New Scientist as the Saturday's issue. The subject is very controversial and like always the intelligence genes are a subject of research, others like Harvard University's Howard Gardner and Steven Jay Gould have also approached it. As a research institution dedicated to discovering what causes mental health problems and diseases of the brain, the Institute of Psychiatry in London aims to help identify new treatments for them and ways to prevent them in the first place. The research the Institute has done is about the intelligence as a function of the way the brain is put together. 7,000 seven-year-olds were used for the study by scoring verbal and non-verbal reasoning tests in order to obtain the intelligence level. Also DNA samples from the children were took to identify genetic differences between the high and low scorers. U.S. greenhouse gas emissions dropped in 2006

U.S., the biggest polluter in the world has dropped the gas emissions last year and plans to continue in this successful decrease. The greenhouse gas emissions lowered by 1.5 precent in 2006, "This puts us well ahead of the goal I set in 2002 to reduce greenhouse gas intensity by 18 percent by 2012," said the president of The United States of America, George Bush. Mr. Bush determined his main goal in the statement: "Our guiding principle is clear: we must lead the world to produce fewer greenhouse gas emissions, and we must do it in a way that does not undermine economic growth or prevent nations from delivering greater prosperity for their people." The statement is becoming true, even the economics of the states is flowering, the production of the greenhouse gas emission is lowered. Department of Energy said: "Favorable weather patterns, where both heating and cooling degree-days were lower in 2006 than 2005, and higher energy prices, were the primary causes of lower total energy consumption." Josh Dorner, a spokesman for Sierra Club, the group of environmental specialization, striked onto weather: "It would not be a good idea to put your bets on the weather as a way of reducing emissions." Mr. Bush will though do everything possible to fight against the greenhouse effect.

Vladimir Zhirinovsky, nationalist Deputy Speaker of the State Duma and leader of the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia had a support of 7.5 percent in the last poll. Ex-prime minister Mikhail Kasayanov's rates points to the only one percent as well as the fifth candidate, the leader of the Democratic Party of Russia, Andrei Bogdanov.

Movie is a production made by many people. Important are actors, who bring people to theaters, of course director, who is trying to manage all these people and make a good piece, and the producers, who bring money. Its organization which cares about writers and discuss the main and common issues for them. Every three years this Guild sign a new agreement with Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers. This alliance includes the biggest movie studios and productions in Hollywood. But this new agreement wasn't signed last year because the studios didn't want to give authors their requirements. It was for example new media compensations, which means they would get money from the works distributed through Internet and bigger DVD residuals. I think they should get these. Its their right to get money from every single copy of their work. Another thing they wanted is that animation and reality shows writers would be covered by this agreement, because right now they aren't. Its true that reality shows should be natural, but when you pay enough attention you can see that some kind of script must be written. And thats the same thing with animation, even when the script is not a text. Many actors joined writers because they want to go back to work or just want to do good thing. Also many popular TV shows was canceled because of the strike, so now almost every American is praying for this agreement to be signed, so they can watch their shows and movies. These days writers and studios started to talk again so maybe they are near the end. Let's hope so.
